Firstly, we should consider the actual production demand and the number of investment, then choose the cost-effective equipment suitable for their own. When buying equipment, you should not only pay attention to the price, but also combine the quality and performance of the equipment. High-quality equipment not only produces more, but also has more reliable performance, better user experience and longer use time. 

Secondly, the user who has purchased the equipment should start with the material that needs grinding. Strictly control the humidity, hardness, and particle size of materials according to the manufacturer's operation requirements. In General, the humidity of the material in the Raymond mill should be controlled below 6%. If the material humidity is high, it can be air-dried to avoid clogging during operation and affecting the output. In addition, the feeding particle size of Raymond mill is generally under 30 mm. If the particle size is too large, the working efficiency of the mill will be affected. Therefore, it is necessary to crush first so that the operation can be more efficient.

Finally, the equipment should be maintained regularly.  This can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also is a way to increase production.  Regular maintenance can effectively prevent equipment from excessive wear and tear.
